Jim from Triple Star was running late and let me know which was great, when he arrived he was clear with his communication and proceeded to clean to couch, he was unable to remove the asphalt stain but it looked considerably better. Wow Jim - fabulous carpet clean. I had really stubborn stains in the kids rooms. I really thought they couldn't be lifted. The attention to detail and not judging us at all for taking too long to get the experts in. There was no mucking about because professionals know they are doing.
