About the Project
Triple Star Commercial Cleaning was engaged to complete builders cleaning works at the Old IRD Building redevelopment in Christchurch.
The project involved detailed cleaning across multiple levels of the commercial building, including seven storeys of bathrooms and amenities, stairwells, carpeted stairs, five lifts, internal windows, entrance areas and associated storage spaces.
The builders cleaning works were completed over a two-week period.
Our team completed construction dust removal, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, paint spot removal and final detailing to help prepare the completed areas for handover.
