Our work included stairwell cleaning, carpet cleaning, lift cleaning, bathroom and amenities cleaning, internal window cleaning, construction dust removal, paint spot removal, and final detailing to prepare completed areas for handover.

About the Project

Triple Star Commercial Cleaning was engaged to complete builders cleaning works at the Old IRD Building redevelopment in Christchurch.

The project involved detailed cleaning across multiple levels of the commercial building, including seven storeys of bathrooms and amenities, stairwells, carpeted stairs, five lifts, internal windows, entrance areas and associated storage spaces.

The builders cleaning works were completed over a two-week period.

Our team completed construction dust removal, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, paint spot removal and final detailing to help prepare the completed areas for handover.

Scope of Builders Cleaning

Triple Star Commercial Cleaning delivered comprehensive builders cleaning services throughout the Old IRD Building redevelopment project. Our scope of works included:

Multi-storey commercial builders cleaning.
Stairwell cleaning from Ground Floor to Level 7, including roof access stairs.
Professional stair carpet cleaning using portable carpet extraction equipment.
Internal and external lift cleaning across all levels, including stainless steel surface treatment.
Thorough cleaning of toilets, bathrooms, cleaner’s cupboards and storage rooms across seven storeys.
Internal window cleaning to the Ground Floor entrance and surrounding areas.
Construction dust removal and detailed surface cleaning.
Paint spot removal from floors and hard surfaces where required.
Vacuuming, mopping and detailed cleaning of doors, skirting boards and fixtures.
Final presentation cleaning to prepare completed areas for handover.

Jim from Triple Star was running late and let me know which was great, when he arrived he was clear with his communication and proceeded to clean to couch, he was unable to remove the asphalt stain but it looked considerably better.
